The teaching profession is a challenging yet rewarding one and we all need help from time to time. Whether you are a new or experienced teacher or teaching assistant we can give you the opportunity to explore an area of your concern and to discuss strategies to help you move forward. Alternatively observations can be arranged to look at areas of agreed focus e.g. behaviour management, active learning, curriculum coverage, teaching methods etc. Feedback is always given in a positive manner, and time will be needed for this to be done sensitively. Staff will have the opportunity to participate in devising a plan to help them move forward more confidently with their teaching.

Alternatively staff may be finding it difficult to manage a specific child/group of children’s special educational needs and or behaviour – again this can be an agreed area to discuss and develop strategies to move forward, ensuring that children reach their full potential.
